Select My Venue is an Udyam-registered MSME operating as a sole proprietorship in Delhi, India. The platform provides venue discovery, enquiry matching and related digital services for customers and participating venue partners.
Our service
Select My Venue helps customers discover venues, submit event requirements and connect with potentially suitable venue partners. We may use requirement-based and AI-assisted tools to support discovery and matching. A listing, recommendation, match, enquiry, badge or contact does not constitute a guarantee of availability, suitability, price, quality or booking.
Venue information and verification
Venue details may be supplied by venue owners or partners and may change without notice. Any Select My Venue verification or partner indicator reflects our platform status or checks and is not a substitute for the customer's own due diligence. Customers should independently confirm current pricing, capacity, facilities, food options, licences, policies, availability, location and contract terms directly with the venue before making a commitment or payment.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact and event information, use the platform lawfully and avoid fraudulent, misleading or abusive enquiries. Customers remain responsible for reviewing a venue's final quotation, contract, cancellation terms and event arrangements.
Venue partner responsibilities
Venue partners must provide information they reasonably believe to be accurate and current, respond to enquiries professionally, comply with applicable laws and use assigned customer information only for legitimate handling of the relevant enquiry. Venue partners must not misuse, sell or improperly disclose customer information obtained through Select My Venue.
Bookings, payments and venue contracts
Unless Select My Venue expressly states otherwise in writing for a specific service, the venue booking contract, venue payment, refund, cancellation and event delivery are arrangements between the customer and the venue. Select My Venue is not responsible for promises or contractual terms independently agreed between a customer and venue partner.
AI-assisted features
AI-assisted or automated features may help organise requirements, generate planning suggestions or identify potentially relevant venues. Outputs are informational and should be checked against current venue information. They do not replace confirmation directly from the venue.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
The Select My Venue brand, website design, platform content and proprietary functionality may not be copied, scraped, republished or exploited without permission except where permitted by law. You may not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the platform, submit fraudulent requests, scrape protected data or impersonate another person or business.
Privacy
Use of personal information through the platform is described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting an enquiry or partner information, you should review that policy and the notices presented with the relevant form.
Changes, suspension and availability
We may improve, modify, suspend or discontinue features, listings or partner access where reasonably necessary for platform operations, security, legal compliance or service quality. We may update these Terms as the platform evolves; the latest version will be published here with its updated date.
